Love the improvements that you're making👍It's of interest to us since we are building a campground of our own as well. I worked for Outdoor world / Thousand trails for 10 yrs. I was a maintenance lead, and my wife was assistant manager. I did much of what you are doing and loved every minute of it. We worked in Pennsylvania at Gettysburg Farms campground and was proud of that beautiful place. I took excellent care of it and made many friends. Now retired i wish i bought a park when i was younger.

I've had one since 2021 and love it. However, the motor controller just gave out so it no longer switches to higher speed in thicker grass. AND - the authorized service centre tells me you should NEVER use the higher speed because it will burn out the controller - he has 6 machines in his shop waiting for this part from China as he says there are none in Canada or the US. I never knew you should avoid the higher speed mode - and there is no reference to it at all in the user manual.

When the CEO of Ryobi vowed to never change battery design, I knew that no other battery powered mower was an option. I went with the Ryobi non-self propelled 13 months ago and would do it again. Like others have said, no more gas, no corn fuel, no spark plugs, no air filter, no winterizing it’s all win! I will go self propelled here pretty quickly with the cross cut, just preference. The only con I have is that it doesn’t have the sucking and mulching power that my old Toro had, but I will never go gas again.

I'm in Texas, my 1 bd condo can list for $1100 but it's 2 stories with 1.5 baths..so maybe it could out here...the living room there is almost non-existent.

Too expensive to start this business now.
